Food sensitivity
Contains eggs, milk, corn, and wheat. Made in a facility that handles peanuts, soy, and tree nuts.

Nutritional information
The following notes explain some of the information contained in the Nutrition Facts label on the left.

1) Net Carbohydrate is 12g per serving—about 2/3 less than that of regular cake. Dietary Fiber (10g) and Sugar Alcohol (14g) are slow to non-digestible carbohydrates and therefore subtracted from Total Carbohydrate (36g) to determine Net Carbohydrate.

2) Contains 40% of the Daily Value of Dietary Fiber, and 9 out of the 10 grams are soluble fiber.

3) Sugars in the label refer to naturally-occurring sugars, such as those contained in milk products, fruits, and vegetables.

4) Sugar Alcohol refers to the natural non-caloric sweetener erythritol.

Storage and serving instructions
Our chocolate cakes should be refrigerated for maximum shelf life but are best served at room temperature or slightly warmed. Simply remove the plastic film and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds on a LOW heat setting.
